This activity can double as a favor! Let guests make their own ribbon wand cat toy! You’ll need wooden dowels, baker’s twine, various ribbons, some bells, scissors, and glue. Put glue on one end of the dowel (covering about 3”) and wrap the baker’s twine around the glued area. Cut the various ribbons into 18” strips (you can have them cut ahead of time if you want). Gather together the ribbons you want to use and fold them in half. Tie the loose end of the baker’s twine at the folded point of the ribbons. Make several knots to ensure it’s secure. You can tie some bells into the ribbons if you want. Let the glue dry and you’re done!
