New EEP Expo Affiliate Program

You can now lower the cost of your booth by helping us promote the show to (new) exhibitors and clients. There is no obligation and it's free to sign up.

  • If a new vendor to EEP uses your affiliate link and pays for a booth of any size, they'll save $50 and you'll earn $50 cash. You can deduct those earnings from your remaining balance or receive a cash payment.
  • When anyone with an upcoming event registers to attend the expo using your link, you'll earn $5. You can email your code to past and current clients. We can also provide an 8 1/2 x 11 flyer with your affiliate link built into a QR code.

Please indicate that you’ve read the following by signing below:

  • My package includes an 8-foot draped table, electricity, and the full registration list.
  • The registration list is for exhibitors only. I understand if I share this list with a non-exhibitor, I will be assessed a $595 fee and will be barred from participating in future Easy Event Planning expos.
  • I understand that I am responsible for payment in full. If I am unable to attend the expo, I may display literature at my booth in my absence.
  • I will provide a door prize valued at $50 or more and I understand that no coupons or purchase requirements are permitted. If I do not supply this information in the later-provided Google form, I realize my prize will be a $50 gift certificate to my business.
  • I am not guaranteed exclusivity for any given vendor category.
