We hope to deliver even more qualified prospects to you at a time we feel the industry still needs a lot of help recovering from the pandemic. Don't worry - we will still work to get as any engaged couples as we always do, with wedding-targeted advertising.

By working together with us on the show, you can directly reduce the rate you pay. We can pair you up with another vendor if you would prefer a half-booth. Half booths are not half the cost of a full booth but they offer a great alternative for vendors who would otherwise not be able to participate. Call or text 607-308-0730 for more details.

EEP has absorbed the ever-increasing cost of producing the show for years now without any price increases. Our facility and rental costs have tripled. Advertising costs have skyrocketed. Staffing costs have increased. So we devised a way for you to spend less than you ever have on a show in 17 years, while offsetting some of the increased operational costs to allow us to produce shows again. We can either pay a salesperson commission or we can pay you to help us refer potential exhibitors to us.. Although we will still advertise all the usual ways, we can pay Google and Facebook less and pass along those savings to you if you can encourage your clients to attend the show.

We aggressively advertise online via Google ads, social media marketing, EEP's social media posts, SEO, vendor storefronts, vendor affiliates and more.

Our traffic is EXPLODING. Demand is higher than ever for wedding and event services. We are averaging 125K unique monthly users right now. The site can be used to plan any event whatsoever. Although the site is now national, we rank on page 1 for hundreds of keywords in the Upstate NY area, as we have had a strong web presence there for 18 years.

We strongly recommend you engage with couples at the show. Vendors who stand up tend to have better results.  You can also stand right in front of the table to capture people as they stroll by. We encourage you to offer an incentive to sign up at the show for a consult or to attend an open house, if relevant or to even sign a contract for your services.  Offering a show-day discount (or one that is only good for a week two following the show) is often an effective way or inviting them to an open house soon after.  It's important to follow up after the show!  You will receive the list of all those who registered, including those who didn't come in person.  Vendors who call and/or email couples after the show tend to see better results.  You can view a gallery of vendor images from a past show on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?vanity=EasyEventPlanning&set=a.1959099220865931).
