Grand Prize
Valued at over $4000, you can win an AMAZING 7 night stay at the Grand Mayan resort, a stunning 5-star resort in the Riviera Maya region of Mexico. Find a water park, 13 restaurants and even a Cirque du soleil show right on-premises. Enjoy a jacuzzi tub and private terrace in your room. You must be present to win at 3:30 in the ballroom and you must have a future event you're actively planning to win.
Airfare, passport fees, meals, excursions, shows and extras are not included in the Grand Prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. There are no black-out dates but trip should be booked as far in advance as possible, as the resort is very popular. There is a one-time fee of $125, charged at checkout, for transportation to and from the airport, WiFi, daily maid service, maid service and use of the common areas of the spa and the gym. There is also a $9/night city tax paid at checkout. Flights must be booked at the same time resort stay is booked. The Grand Prize(s) and Door Prizes are not supplied by Easy Event Planning, LLC and therefore, Easy Event Planning, LLC does not assume responsibility for the expo prizes. All responsibility for Grand Prize(s) and Door Prizes is in the hands of the supplying vendor. Airfare and passport fees are not included in the Grand Prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Full amount due for airfare must be paid in order to book the trip. The winner may also choose to pay to extend their stay at their discretion. Expo grand prize is currently subject to change.

We invite you to join us if you are still in need of event vendors for a wedding, party, corporate event or any event (graduation party, baby shower, bridal shower, bat or bar mitzvah, quinceanera, rehearsal dinner, anniversary party, school or family reunion, milestone birthday party (1st, Sweet 16, 30th, 40th, 50th, etc). Vendor advertising makes this expo free to attend.
