Made and printed in the USA How to order: ♥Select how many cups you need from the drop down menu "size/number/price" ♥Select yes or no from the drop down menu "receive a proof prior to printing". Write the following in the personalization box or in the notes to seller when checking out: ♥ Ink Color ♥ Customization information (example: names, date, location) If you would like a custom design, please see below for instructions on how to place a custom order. If your event date is after the estimated delivery window we recommend reading below how to place a rush order. PROOFS We send proofs for all personalized items within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Your digital proof is sent to you via Etsy conversations, so please check your messages. Once the proof is sent you will be able to give feedback so that we can make edits if needed. On the off chance you do not like what we create you can cancel prior to approving your design. If we have not heard back from you in 48 hours we will consider your design approved and begin printing your order. If more than one option was given and we have not heard back from you in 48 hours, we will choose the best option and move forward with printing your order. Your order is sent to production right after you have approved your proof, no changes or cancellations can be made after you approve your design. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ♥ Available in 9 sizes: 5, 8, 9 (SQUAT) 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 and 24 ounces ♥ All cups are professionally screen printed ♥ Drink ware is measured as filled to the brim, not including the ice. The ounces are an approximate volume and are not a guarantee of exact volume. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up! ♥ Standard pricing includes printing on both sides (at no additional charge) and 1 color ink. ♥This cup is made of BPA free translucent plastic and meets FDA regulations. It is Recyclable: Type 5. It is both made and printed in the USA. Hand wash only. Ink will fade or wear off after multiple washes. WHAT SIZE CUP SHOULD I ORDER? We recommend ordering larger than you think you need. For example if using an 8 oz drink purchase the 10 oz cups. CUP SIZES & COMMON DRINK USED WITH CUP SIZE 5oz- custom shot cups 8 oz - often used for root beer floats or ice cream 9 oz - cocktails, wine 10 oz - wine 12 oz - mixed & signature drinks 14 oz - mixed & signature drinks 16 oz - mixed and signature drinks, beer, soft drinks, tea 20 oz - beer, soft drinks, tea 24 oz - soft drinks, tea *5oz and 24oz are not options from the drop down menu.
